Initial analysis and consultation is FREE for all active Big Omaha Fitness members (as well as annually on client's birthday). All additional InBody check-ins will be priced at $15 per analysis for members and $25 for non-members. Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight as traditional methods of assessing health, such as BMI, can be misleading. Going beyond your weight, body composition analysis breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. The InBody 570 is a medical-grade body composition analyzer that uses the BIA method to derive its results. 50-second tests quickly measure fat mass, muscle mass, and body water. Auto-calibrated, user-friendly, and non-invasive, testing is fast and easy—just stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes. No empirical estimations based on age, sex, ethnicity, or body type. Instead, Direct Segmental Multi-Frequency BIA technology measures body segments separately for an accurate analysis based on your unique body. Get essential outputs for evaluating overall health and wellness. Draw more insights from additional metrics like Visceral Fat Level and Segmental Fat Analysis, track progress, validate programs, and deliver actionable advice backed by trustworthy data. InBody body composition analyzers break down your weight and display your body composition data on an organized, easy-to-understand Result Sheet. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation. PREPARATORY STEPS - Follow these simple steps before your InBody Test to ensure consistent testing conditions and the most accurate results: + DO maintain your normal fluid intake the day before + DO stand upright for at least 5 minutes + DO remove any socks or pantyhose + DO remove all heavy accessories like jewelry, watches, and jackets + DO warm yourself up for 20 minutes in cold weather + DO use the restroom - DON’T eat or exercise for at least 3 hour - DON’T consume alcohol or excess caffeine for at least 24 hour - DON’T shower or use a sauna - DON’T use lotion or ointment on your hands and feet
