What to Expect

From ages 12 to 60 and beyond, you’ll find a class made for you at Big O Fitness. We’re a family-friendly gym that cares about living a healthy, happy life — no matter how much (or little) time you have to dedicate to fitness. 


Go Far Fitness is our group fitness track for anyone who wants a full and fierce workout, only without the time demands. Classes are 45 minutes or under and require less prep and warm-up. Choose one class or mix and match from the following options.

Bootcamp

A heart-pumping, boot camp workout in 45 minutes without any heavy weights or high-skilled movements.

HIIT

A 30-minute high-intensity workout that’s short but spicy! Come ready to sweat, smile, and carry on with your day.

Community Outreach

We are proud to serve the Omaha community and offer the following specialty, group fitness experiences made available through community outreach and partnerships. 

 

 

Inclusive Fitness

Let the fun begin! This reduced-price Inclusive Fitness program is dedicated to individuals (13 and up) with developmental disabilities. These one-hour, group fitness classes are coach-led and meet on Saturdays at 12:30 pm.  If you would like more information about our reduced rate, inclusive fitness program, and how to get started, please email start@bigomahafitness.com

The Phoenix Fitness

We have your back and we support you. This FREE fitness program is for adults (18 and up) who are active in their recovery and/or now living out a sober active lifestyle. These one-hour, group fitness classes are coach-led and meet on Saturdays at 2:00 pm.  If you would like to join us for our next sober fitness class, click here.
