We also offer a dedicated class for athletes ages 60+ and kids ages 6 to 12. CrossFit Omaha includes 60-minute classes that combine cardio training and functional movements such as deadlifts, pull ups, squats, and more. Our CrossFit track also includes a core body class every Thursday, a barbell strength program, Strongman, and Open Gym.
