Tom holds a BA in Exercise Science with a minor in Fitness Management and Coaching Authorization. After his degree he interned at Sanford Wellness in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and worked alongside the Power Program as well. Working with anyone from the elderly to young athletes just learning to weight lifts. Life Time Fitness was where he proceeded to pursue his lifelong passion as a coach and a trainer while pursuing many different certifications including: National Academy of Sports and Medicine - Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist, USA Weightlifting, Russian Kettlebell Certification/Challenge, Functional Movement Specialist, Certified Kettlebell-Functional Movement Specialist, Crossfit Level 1, Precision Nutrition, Crossfit-Gymnastics. The certifications allow Tom to work with barbells, kettlebells, and any weighted implement and coach it with perfection. With his Precision Nutrition certification is also able to tailor his athletes nutrition and help guide them in lifestyle changes. He has also worked with world class coaches on Gymnastics training as well. This allows Tom to be able to fully customize and tailor everything for his athletes.
