*Please note that booking a 60 minute personal training session is free but services will be priced accordingly and due at the time of service. A free 15 minute consultation is recommended prior to booking your initial personal training session. Prefer to work out one-on-one with a personal trainer? Coach Clay is passionate about health and wellness and ready to create an action plan that fits your unique fitness, strength, and conditioning goals. During each 60 minute session you’ll get his undivided attention, motivation, and feedback on your training progress. He also brings unwavering positivity and high energy to each session. Coach Clay is a fulltime associate, certified group-fitness instructor, and personal trainer at Big Omaha Fitness. He was a Division 1 College Football player at the University of South Dakota where he received his bachelor's and master's degree in accounting.
