What to Expect

Big O Fitness is our express fitness track for anyone who wants a full and fierce workout, only without the time demands. All classes are 45 minutes or less and require less prep and warm-up. Choose one class or mix and match from the following options.

BOOT CAMP

A heart-pumping, boot camp workout in 45 minutes without any heavy weights or high-skilled movements.

HIIT 30

A 30-minute high-intensity workout that’s short but spicy! Come ready to sweat, smile, and carry on with your day.

Code Red Cardio

For all the cardio lovers... This 45-minute class will test your endurance and increase your overall work capacity.

60+ Fit

A 30-minute express class exclusively for ages 60 and above. Enhance your health and quality of life through functional movements, mobility, and core work.

Big O Kids

Specially designed for children ages 6 to 12, this 60-minute class is full of movement, encouragement, fitness, and FUN. Young athletes will learn about nutrition and wellness basics while completing the prescribed amount of daily aerobic activity for kids. Class meets weekly on Saturdays at 10:30 AM. It’s an ideal environment for our next generation to learn healthy habits!

Personal Training

Prefer to work out one-on-one with a personal trainer? Our experienced coaches will create an action plan that fits your unique fitness, strength, and conditioning goals. You’ll get our undivided attention, motivation, and feedback on your training progress. Personal training sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs and budget.

Private Strength and Conditioning
